Hi! My name is Beth Bosick and I am so excited to be a part of the Powderhorn first grade team.  More importantly, I am THRILLED to be your child's teacher! It's going to be a fun year full of lots of learning and new adventures, and I can't wait to see what the year has in store for us.  I want to know ALL about your child, but first I'm going to tell you a few things about me.

I was born in New Jersey.  I am the youngest of three.  I have an older sister, Kathy, and an older brother, Edward.  I LOVE them!  I graduated from St. Mary's Academy High School and Colorado State University...Go Rams!  I earned my Masters Degree from The University of Colorado, Denver in Curriculum and instruction.

This is my 22nd year teaching! I have taught 6th, 5th, 3rd, 2nd, and 1st grade...my most favorite.  I will encourage and challenge your child to reach for the stars.

I am married to a wonderful man, Matt.  We have one child, Matthew, who is 27 years old and into computer science engineering.

I am so excited to be your child's teacher and for you to be a part of this AWESOME class.  This is going to be a terrific year!
